Store WiFi that was bought as access points, not engineered as a system: dead zones on the shop floor, devices dropping between zones, and no design documentation to troubleshoot against.

The solution

Our standard wireless method: site survey and heat-map design before hardware, segmented SSIDs for POS, operations and guests, and roaming validated with the devices the stores actually use.

Implementation

Site surveys under way across the estate; design and phased rollout follow the survey evidence — coverage will be proven per store, not assumed.
